Kyra Sedgwick Biography

Kyra Sedgwick (b. August 19, 1965) is an American actress who was born in New York, New York.

A graduate of USC, Kyra made her debut on the television show Another World at the age of 16. She and her husband, Kevin Bacon, live in Connecticut. They were married September 3, 1988 and have two children, Travis and Sosie Ruth. However, Kyra, like her husband, is not fond of Los Angeles, but is in California for her TV series The Closer.

She is a cousin of Andy Warhol superstar, Edie Sedgwick.
